Here's why it's a mixed review

Great location near restaurants with friendly staff who ensure a well-kept breakfast buffet daily.

Noisy environment due to the nearby busy road and outdated room decor that detracts from comfort.

Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The rooms are well-appointed, the bed is comfortable.

The rich breakfast buffet, featuring local specialties, was a good way to start each day. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks, which introduced us to the local flavors immediately.

Full cooked breakfast with reasonable prices was available. The room was fully functional, with king size breakfast, fresh towels, AC, slept really well. The staff was ready to assist, amiable and excellent people. The location...  

The staff was great. It does cater to older clients but that means no problem to get a great sleep. Don't understand the complaint about breakfast. It was the most comprehensive buffet that we saw in 5 weeks of travel in Italy, Sicily...  

Friendly local atmosphere enhances the stay.

I was given a side room instead of a promised sea view, and the balcony was a hazard as it wasn't secured properly. The noisy roadworks below, and the cold pool was a huge disappointment. The pool bar was closed despite being advertised as available. This didn't align with my expectations.

Greatly enjoyed the king room overlooking the sea. A bath and a shower were very handy.

the veiw,personnel, food and location were excellent

We did not like the top bed covers divided in two,it was impossible to get heat and so it felt cold.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. We appreciated the small rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun 💦

Sea view from the room is excellent. Location is good - near all points of interest, but at night you hear only the sea (if the window is opened), not music from the clubs or cafes, or something...  

The rooftop pool provided fine vistas, and the responsive staff were helpful. Conveniently located near restaurants and public transport options made exploring easy.

The breakfast buffet was lukewarm due to insufficient heat retention in the Bain marie.

Was value for money. Did'n't cost very much so you get what you pay for.
